## Potato Soup (Thermomix)

For 4 portions
|
|
|
|
### Ingrendients
|
|
|
|
- 50 g of olive oil
|
|
- 350 g potatoes in cubes
|
|
- 130 - 150 g onions in pieces
|
|
- 2 garlic gloves
|
|
- 2 stock blocks (chicken) or 2 spoons of salt
|
|
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
|
|
- 800 g water
|
|
- 2 - 3 croutons (for serving)
|
|
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
|
|
|
|
### Instructions
|
|
|
|
Place the oil, potatoes, onion, garlic, stock cubes, pepper, and 700g of water in the bowl. Cook for 25 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
|
|
|
|
Add 100g of water and blend for 1 minute, gradually increasing the speed from 5 to 10. Serve the soup with croutons and sprinkled with parsley.
