Install vim plugin manager

```

Add plugin location to .vimrc

```sh
call plug#begin()

Plug 'junegunn/fzf.vim'
Plug 'preservim/nerdtree'
Plug 'rust-lang/rust.vim'

call plug#end()
```

Install plugin from within vim

```sh
:PlugInstall
```
